I designed and developed the Mosolo Leadership Platform, a full-stack web application created to manage leadership program applications and candidate information efficiently.

The platform includes a responsive public-facing interface and a Django-powered backend with a secure administrative panel. The admin dashboard allows the team to manage candidates, review submitted applications, update applicant statuses, organize candidate data, and oversee the recruitment process from a centralized interface.

I handled both the frontend integration and backend development, including the database structure, application logic, administrative workflows, and deployment.

The project was built with a focus on usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
